What the Fishe Ambassador Program Represents
Fishe began with a practical idea: women who fish deserve functional gear that also reflects their personalities. The ambassador community helps carry that idea beyond a product page and into real rivers, boats, coastlines, families, workplaces, and friendships.
The program is built around lived experience. Ambassador stories share the learning curves, missed shots, memorable fish, changing seasons, family logistics, creative projects, and local communities that shape a life outside.

Ryan Scavo brings fishing together with photography, family, and outdoor storytelling. Her path with Fishe grew from photo collaborations into ambassador opportunities and connections with women at the Anchorage shop and the Fly Fishing Show.
Ryan’s story makes room for both solo time and the joyful chaos of bringing the whole family. Her advice to outdoor mothers is simple: lean into the support around you, protect the time you need, and welcome the imperfect days too.

Emily Mauri: Saltwater Skill With Everyday Purpose
Emily Mauri’s ambassador story connects saltwater skill and community work with motherhood and entrepreneurship. Her fishing changed when she moved from Pennsylvania to Florida and had to sharpen her overhead cast, double haul, and strip set from a moving boat.
Emily’s confidence was built through adjustment. Missed shots and technical challenges became reasons to keep learning, while fishing remained part of her family rhythm and community life.

Kenzie Quinn: Compassion and Community on the River
Kenzie Quinn grew up fishing in Michigan and later made a home in Montana. Her profile connects fly fishing with her work as a child and adolescent therapist, local mentoring, travel, and the community she created through Women on the River Collective.
For Kenzie, the best part of being a Fishe ambassador is the friendship and genuine connection. A pattern, bag, or fishing story can start a conversation, but the lasting value is helping another woman feel seen and supported.
There Is No Single Way to Be a Fishe Angler
Ryan, Emily, and Kenzie do not tell the same story. That is the point. One brings a creative lens to family adventure, another has adapted her casting for saltwater, and another builds community around compassion and shared river time.
