Refund policy

Returns and Exchanges Policy

To start a return or exchange for eligible items, please visit our return portal: https://fishewear.com/a/506-returns-manager

Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange. We require a Receipt, Order Number, Or Customer Name for a Return Or Exchange.  If the customer name isn't found in our system we will need to have an Order Number or Receipt.

Holiday season gifts can be exchanged until January 18th.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Final sale items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To return an item, Visit our return Portal at to see if your item is eligible for an exchange.

Partial refunds may be granted in these situations:

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

For late or missing refunds:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take additional time for the refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be processing delays.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We require a Receipt, Order Number, Or Customer Name for a Return Or Exchange.  If the customer name isn't found in our system we will need to have an Order Number or Receipt. To exchange an item for the same product or different item, Visit our return Portal at to see if your item is eligible for an exchange.

 

Gifts
To process a gift return, we require the order number or the name of the gift giver.

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

  • If the item was not marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified of the return.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

  • Shipping times for exchanged products may vary depending on your location.

  • For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
