Shipping Policy

We are proud to fulfill all orders from our home base in Anchorage, Alaska. Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Below is a breakdown of our shipping process:

1. Order Fulfillment Time:

  • We strive to fulfill all orders within 24 hours of receipt. However, as a small team, there may be delays during periods of high order volume.

  • Orders are processed in the order they are received.

  • Please note that orders placed after 2 PM AKST on Fridays will be processed on the following Monday.

2. Domestic Shipping Methods:

  • USPS Priority Mail (3-5 Business Days): While USPS Priority Mail generally takes 3-5 business days, delivery times may vary, especially for remote locations.

  • Free Shipping on Orders Over $200: Orders that qualify for Free Shipping for purchased items with a cart total over $200 will ship USPS Priority Mail.*

NOTE: USPS rates and delivery dates are not guaranteed by USPS. For international orders over $150, We can not offer free Shipping International Shipments.

3. International Shipping:

  • We ship international orders via UPS and USPS. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier.Β 

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.

  • For international orders over $200, We can not offer free Shipping International Shipments.

4. Missing Packages:

  1. If your package is missing, first contact your local postal employee for insight and check with your neighbors.

  2. If the package is indeed missing, you can contact us at info@fishewear.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

5. Damaged or Missing Items from Packaging:

  • For damaged items or items missing from the packaging, please contact us at info@fishewear.com, and we will assist you in filing a claim.

NOTE: For claims on missing or damaged items, we cannot fulfill a replacement item until the claim is filed. We will provide you with the necessary information to complete the claim online. Once the claim has been filed, we can send you a replacement.

6. Additional Information:

  • Shipping times are based on carrier estimates and may not account for delays due to weather, customs, or other external factors.

  • We are not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to international shipments.
