Pesto Scallops Recipe
1 lb scallops
Pesto
Olive Oil
Fresh ground pepper
Minced garlic
Smoked sea salt
Toss scallops in olive oil, garlic and pepper and salt. Sear in a cast iron pan at 600 degrees for 3-5 minutes. Serve right away or chill, place in a serving spoon and top with Pesto.
