Our Fishewear Sales team is seeking an Independent Sales Representative to join us. We are looking for a professional and engaging candidate who can establish and maintain relationships with potential clients. Exceptional customer service, flexibility, and professionalism are vital attributes for this role.
Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse personalities are essential. The ideal candidate will have their own reliable transportation, as this position requires managing their schedule and arranging their own travel. Familiarity with the Fishewear brand is mandatory, while knowledge of the fishing industry and women's outdoor apparel/gear is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
- Presenting the product program and introducing new products to retailers
- Achieving monthly targets, performing annual sales forecasting, and delivering monthly updates
- Conducting sales calls to existing and potential retailers
- Coordinating marketing activities for retail customers
- Demonstrating in-depth product knowledge
- Minimum age of 21
- At least 2 years of experience in outside sales within the outdoor apparel industry
- Strong communication, time management, and decision-making skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with the Fishe team
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision
