Fishe is closely monitoring developments and tracking information regarding the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We are taking proactive measures to support the health and welfare of our customers, employees and the communities where we operate and serve.  It’s our highest priority.

These are just some of the steps we’ve taken:

• Social distancing markers and signage throughout the store and at checkout line
• Limiting the number of customers in our shop
• Closed dressing room to ensure masks stay on
• Provided masks & gloves for employees and customers
• Reinforced employee health & safety guidelines, including proper hand-washing & hygiene
• Increased cleaning at high customer touchpoints

Fishe will continue to monitor developments in connection with the COVID-19 Coronavirus and will continue to follow the guidance provided by the CDC and other governmental authorities.

Given the recent recommendation of the CDC for the public to wear a face covering while outside, along with new governmental ordinances, a face covering that covers the nose and mouth will be required inside our shop.

Some of our products will not be available for test/try-on, including headbands, neck tubes, and face masks. We are also not accepting returns or exchanges of headbands, neck tubes, and face masks, to ensure safety for all customers. 

We do our best to process and ship SAME DAY for orders received before 9 AM PST. Please keep in mind that order fulfilling gets wild during the holiday season or high sales volume and it could take longer to get your gear out the door. We do not ship orders on the weekend.

All orders placed after 9 AM PST on Fridays WILL NOT ship until the following Monday. If the following Monday is a holiday then the order will not ship until Tuesday. This includes all orders shipped via USPS Priority.
