HaliBorealis
A true Alaskan tribute, this design celebrates the spirit of the Last Frontier through one of its most iconic fish—the Halibut. We wove the fish’s powerful silhouette into the rugged outline of Alaska’s mountains, pairing it with the flowing, ethereal movement of the Northern Lights. Swirls of color mimic the magic and motion of the aurora, bringing the night sky and the wilderness to life in every detail. The name is a playful nod to the Aurora Borealis, capturing both the wonder of our long summer nights and the bold, untamed energy of Alaska itself.

Color Belongs Out Here
Fishe’s original prints draw from fish, water, and the wild places we love. They’re one way we help women show up outside as themselves.
Open More Doors
Sometimes an opportunity starts with a simple invitation. We show up for events and causes that help more women find their place outdoors.
Bring Someone Along
Share a tip. Make a plan. Invite the friend who’s been waiting to try. The best stories grow when we make room for one more.
As seen in
Where it began
One Sketch. Many Ways In.
Fishe began in Alaska when Linda Leary imagined fishing gear for women with function and personality. That first idea has grown through the women who wear Fishe, share what they know, and welcome someone new to the water.
The art of Fishe
The Wild Has More Than One Color.
The flash of a fish. The bend of a river. A place you keep thinking about long after you’ve gone home. Moments like these inspire Fishe’s original prints, brought to life by women artists. Their work gives us another way to carry the outdoors with us.
Fishe for Good
Make Room on the Bank.
Not everyone gets an invitation outdoors. Sometimes it takes a class, a shared tip, or someone saying, “Come with us.” Fishe supports events and causes that help more women find that opening and feel welcome when they get there. The water is better when more of us belong.
I bought the leggings in this pattern at the Airport as I left Alaska- my gift to me... But, before I left the gate- I went on line at FisheWear and found the Jacket TOO! Yay. Now I have an OUTFIT! The fit, the feel, the fabric- the COLORS- wow- the colors. I am a painter and Fishe qualifies as wearable ART! Thank you. Proud to support!
I was looking for an insulative piece with a smooth outside finish for layering with other jackets as needed. This is the third item I had tried (from different retailers). Happy with the piece, though I wish the sizing was just a bit roomier. I'm glad I chose the larger of the two sizes I was considering. A bit thicker than I was imagining, but that's OK
I've been eyeing this for a while and when it went on sale, I ordered. Wish I hadn't waited. It's a great light jacket, cozy but not too heavy. Love that the pockets zip so they don't gap open and stuff is secure. The sleeves are a bit long on me but I do have shorter arms. Wish the sleeves had thumb holes as that would make the longer sleeve perfect. I like the pattern as it will go with just about anything color wise. I did think the jacket was more gray from the pictures but its a bit of a purpley blue gray - which is perfect for me. Now I want one in a different pattern!
I love this jacket with the matching joggers. I’m only 5’2”, so it’s a little long on me, but that’s okay! I’m also between an XS and S, and I got the S to give a little more room to layer under it. I have too many black-based leggings and jackets, so the green is a nice change. I’ll wear this all summer in AK and all fall in CO!
The quality is incredible. The colors are so vibrant and fun. Besides the awesome jacket, pants and hats Fishe Wear customer service is incredible. I will certainly order again.
It's a gift but I took a long look at it and it's definately a quality item. Love the colors and for after scuba diving it'll be a wonderful way to stay warm.
I really like the colors & fit. I am wondering about the zippers holding up, they seem a little flimsy if used a lot. I am hoping they will be OK. I also wish they were made in the USA for the price.
