Grilled Bok Choy and Potatoes Recipe


4 ea Bok Choy

6 ea Small Potatoes

Olive Oil

Salt and Pepper

This side dish is a great accompaniment to grilled salmon. Rinse the Bok Choy and slice in half, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with smoked sea salt and cracked pepper. Grill for 2-3 minutes per side until seeing grill marks. Potatoes can be roasted in a 350 degree over for 1 hour until done. Finish on the grill by slicing the potatoes in half and grilling until crisp.
